About Us

We created Pathways Physiotherapy as we are passionate about delivering high-quality neuro physio. We will listen to the things that are important to you and support, motivate and empower you to achieve your goals. We care deeply that clients should have the opportunity to receive excellent rehabilitation and maximise independence, recovery and function.

Between us we have over 45 years of experience in neurological physiotherapy. We have both completed significant amounts of post-graduate training in neurological physiotherapy, for example, Bobath and Movement Science, and endeavour to find the approach that works best for you.

“Highly qualified, caring, encouraging, amazing physiotherapists – can highly recommend”

Alison Holloway BSc (hons) MCSP

I have worked in the NHS for over 20 years and for much of that time within stroke and neurological rehabilitation. I have spent the last 10 years working in the community, helping clients with strokes or other neurological conditions manage the transition back home following their hospital discharge. I love providing home-based rehab to enable clients to achieve their goals and return to participating in the things they love doing.

Louise Barker BSc (hons) MCSP

I have spent 25 years working in the NHS, with over 23 years of experience as a senior physio in acute stroke and neurology. My most recent role has been working with military service personnel at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre. I have a passion for providing quality rehabilitation, and a particular interest in stroke, traumatic brain injury, Guillain-Barré and Functional Neurological Disorder.
