At Pathways Physiotherapy we pride ourselves on offering high quality, engaging and personalised interventions to achieve the best outcomes possible.

We know one size will not fit all – we will take time to listen to what our clients want to achieve and to understand how they will best engage with their rehabilitation. We aim to set mutually agreed realistic, relevant, personalised goals and set timeframes for review. We have the benefit of a bright and spacious clinic which provides a safe and calm environment for clients to focus on their rehabilitation. This is in addition to the domiciliary visits we offer.

In addition to our neuro physio sessions we can also, where appropriate, add in sessions from our specialist personal trainer, or deliver soft tissue massage. We also have a specialist Musculo-Skeletal physio/ Extended Scope Practitioner who can see clients if required, allowing us to deal with any associated MSK issues in-house for seamless care.

We have strong links with other local neuro specialist professionals such as OT, SLT and Orthotics, meaning (if desired) you can create an MDT for your clients using therapists who already have strong communication and rapport to provide effective patient centred care.

Following assessment, and at other agreed times, we can provide timely, full and clear reports that include our recommendations for physiotherapy intervention. We understand that effective communication is essential and will always be happy to update you about therapy undertaken and progress to date. As a small team your will always have a senior specialist therapist to link with , ensuring continuity and strong relationships with yourselves as case managers as well as with the patient and their families/carers.
